another thing I was just thinking about which might make paras capable of using ener chants without overcharging gfte and wy for other purposes could be to change leadership into a mechanism where the cost of every chant is reduced by 1 ener per two points, with a maximum of the ammount of party members around. This would allow them to use energy requiring chants decently without the insane income from spamable adrenal chants.

Now there's an idea!

Unfortunately, it was one that needed to be present at design time. Paras would probably drop off the face of the earth if you made this change without other major adjustments.

Not a good idea.

One of the many problems with paragons is that their ability scales with teamsize/split. This furthers guild wars down the path of being incapable of scaling to different team sizes.

Leadership should have been something like: "Whenever you use a skill that effects at least one ally, that skill recharges 25%...50% faster and you gain 0...2 hits of adrenaline." Then many of the skills could have been adrenaline based offensive buffs, like "Go for the eyes". The entire concept of echos should have been trashed upon first reflection.

Yes, too late now unless a.net takes the unusual step of completely redesigning the Paragon and it's skills.

i dont know if anyone here mentioned Steady Stance skill. i think best nerf would be just nerf kombo steady stance/fear me because steady steance itself is not so imba.

So my idea is change steady stance attribute to strength.

and ofc i agrree about armor penalty for agressive refrain.
